Wonderful
Staff at the hotel was very nice and helpful. Very spacious room and clean. Nice terrace and swimming pool.
Terrace area is not very safe for kids, they could improve by installing some protection on the fences. Other than that all was good :)

Rooms, cleanliness, breakfast (a bit pricey but good), pool, coworking area
Staff was friendly, but a bit… inefficient when I asked for a business invoice.

Good location and very comfortable
Breakfast was good and they had GF choices and eggs cooked to order. The room was clean and comfortable and we were sent extra towels with no problem. They let us use the pool and facilities post-check out which was very enjoyable, and helpful!
There were a few first communion parties which affected service at the pool.

Best thing about the hotel is the reception & dining room staff. Very friendly & helpful.
Location. There always seemed to be taxi drivers in front of the hotel, very convenient. Nice Mercado next door. The staff were exceptional!
Room was a bit on the noisy side. People having loud conversations in hallway just outside our room at 1:00am. Also, the street noise was a bit loud.
